[Bug 2124971] [NEW] GNOME JS is making not focused applications have desktop icons above them maybe or maybe not, maybe.

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

gjs:
  Installed: 1.80.2-1build2
  Candidate: 1.80.2-1build2
  Version table:
 *** 1.80.2-1build2 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I expect my desktop icons to always be under applications but when I
click on desktop or any other application, there is that application
with desktop icons over the application, it does not matter what
application, but when focus returns to an app it is over desktop icons
entirely, gjs is always running and screenshot thinks it is like another
desktop image maybe or maybe not, maybe. Can you feel free to ask if you
want video or anything more?
