[Bug 2124971] Re: GNOME JS is making not focused applications have desktop icons above them maybe or maybe not, maybe.

Okay, I honestly don't know how to reproduce this but I do know that I
recently ran boot repair because it was not loading GRUB or Ubuntu, that
re-installed GRUB, the only other notable thing I did was enable
virtualization in BIOS and install a lot of programming stuff, yeah,
probably just my system, especially considering Settings app has a log
of errors for something and this system has Ubuntu Pro installed and
supposedly active but online and some on system things do not recognize
it, you want that error log? In all settings I can tell Ubuntu Pro is on
and installed and the main error is that Secure Boot is supposedly off
to the system but is on in UEFI settings, I think this whole thing is
all related, but anyway, probably a bug in my boot repair and not
Ubuntu, thanks for your time, do you want which boot repair thing I
used? You would know a lot better than me, anything I can provide you? I
could basically zip up my Ubuntu and give it to you if you want, should
I?

Title:
GNOME JS is making not focused applications have desktop icons above
them maybe or maybe not, maybe.

Status in gjs package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

  gjs:
    Installed: 1.80.2-1build2
    Candidate: 1.80.2-1build2
    Version table:
   *** 1.80.2-1build2 500
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I expect my desktop icons to always be under applications but when I
click on desktop or any other application, there is that application
with desktop icons over the application, it does not matter what
application, but when focus returns to an app it is over desktop icons
entirely, gjs is always running and screenshot thinks it is like
another desktop image maybe or maybe not, maybe. Can you feel free to
ask if you want video or anything more?
