[Bug 1445953] [NEW] package fglrx-core 2:15.200-0ubuntu0.2 failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/etc/acpi/fglrx-powermode.sh', which is also in package fglrx 2:13.350.1-0ubuntu2

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS

A recent update failed with above message. I was not able to resolve the
conflict. As a consequence, the next start of ubuntu showed the login
screen, the login was accepted, but then the screen got dark, and after
a pause showed the login screen again and so on. I removed fglrx, fglrx-
updates and fglrx-amdcccle and rebooted. Now i have the desktop again,
but of course slow graphics and i would like to properly install
graphics acceleration to do CAD stuff.
