  video is contantly paused and cannot be started and played

  Totem 2.32.0

  I wanted to play an xvid video, but it didnt start. It seems to be
  constantly paused and cannot be played. However I can jump on the
  timeline and the actual video frame shows up correctly. It just does
  not play.
