[Bug 1471362] [NEW] evolution fails to retrieve Google contacts

Public bug reported:

Evolution uses outdated ClientLogin to authenticate with Google's servers, which does not work anymore, even with access for less secure apps enabled. Instead, evolution returns with an error like this one:
Unable to open address book

This address book cannot be opened. This either means that an incorrect
URI was entered, or the server is unreachable.

Detailed error message: Unable to connect to 'Contacts': The requested
resource was not found:
https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/AuthForInstalledApps

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
