[Bug 846277] [NEW] When in list-mode, creating folders or files is not possible

Public bug reported:

When Nautilus is set to list-mode (Ctrl-2), it is not possible to create
a folder or a file. This is only possible on the white area. But when a
list is too big, there is no white area (below the list), so it is
nearly impossible to create a new folder (or file), only by creating a
new tab or nautilus window which is not very intuitive.

The good thing about list mode is that you can easily drill down in a
folder structure. This bug is the only reason why I do not go into list-
mode by default.
