[Bug 855388] [NEW] neither spellchecker nor grammer checker are working, both are set to UK
Public bug reported:
I have tried restarting several times but to no avail. Running the spell
checker manually just tells me it is complete with no errors identified,
even when I have deliberately misspelled wrosd
