After the 11.10 upgrade, I started Firefox and also tried to move
Thunderbird upward on the launchbar.  That's when the system locked-up.
I cycled power and logged in again, but the system remained un-
responsive, except for the mouse cursor.  I cycled power again, and
logged-in using classic Gnome, which works fine.
