Public bug reported:

Although my location (Time and Date settings -> Location) is set to
Bucharest (Romania), the week still starts on Sunday, the standard US
English setting. It would be normal that once I set my location to
Romania, localization settings to apply automatically. Now I can only do
that by editing /etc/default/locale.
