[Bug 899462] [NEW] frequently Wireless network connects but can't ping, disabling and re-enabling network manager fixes

I have a 802.11N wireless network and frequently when I boot it connects
but I can't connect to anything even my router. Disabling and re-
enabling networking in network manager usually fixes it but sometimes it
takes multiple tries.
