[Bug 1392849] [NEW] Package in trusty releases is mis-numbered

Public bug reported:

The Remmina package in trusty releases, version 1.0.0-4ubuntu3, is not
actually version 1.0.0. It reports itself in the "about" window as
version 0.9.99.1. The real version 1.0.0 reportedly contains some
important features that are missing from 0.9.99.1, such as the ability
to connect to a non-standard port.

** Affects: remmina (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
