[Bug 1393587] [NEW] OnePlus One not supported by libmtp v1.1.6 and older

libmtp v1.1.6 and older does not see the OnePlus One as an MTP device.

Support for the OnePlus One was added in v1.1.7, but Trusty and Utopic
