Hi,

I am running with empty database.
Go to PatientAttributeManagement Screen -> Add New
You can see the following options in ValueType Dropdownlist
[image: i1.bmp]

Select Predefined value option from the list, then you can add options like:
[image: i2.bmp]

I am suspecting may be problem with the database, Please try with empty
database
