If you go to /api/charts/, don't you see all of the charts currently
available?

For instance, on the demo (
https://apps.dhis2.org/demo/api/charts/UlfTKWZWV4u) you get back lots of
information. Is this not what you are looking for? Maybe if you can be more
specific, we can help you out further.
