Adding a button to tracker event form - 2.29

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a button to a program stage form for a tracker program
(with registration) in 2.29. However the button gets removed when I save
when adding in customise form.

getFieldInfoFromMatch() throws an error because the result of allMatch is
null.

Do I need to set the button up as a kind of dataelement?

Anyone done this before in 2.29? I need a button that will call some custom
js do do some stuff.
