Re: Comprehension doubt on section 2.6 at User Implementation Guide

 

Hi,
The English text can be improved, but the meaning is correct:

If reporting rates are more or less the same it means you can compare the
coverage indicators.

If one county had a much lower reporting rate than the other it would be
more difficult to do a comparison of the coverage indicators since the
differences are most likely due to reporting issues and not health program
performance.
