Hi Randy,

the Android Chrome version does not render PDFs.

However, there are lots of free apps which do PDF reading on Android, just
go to play store and search for "pdf" and install one. So in dhis, when you
download a PDF report, you get a notification in the top bar with the
download progress, and a "download complete" notification when its done. If
you pull down the top bar and click on that notification, the PDF opens.

I can see that we do not give the PDFs a reasonable name, will fix that.
