want access datavalueset from api

Hi Mark Polak,
                    Actually i need datavalue set from dhis2 api. i got
some information about it from web api documentation chapter. but  30. but
when am go through the link http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/api/dataValueSets  ,
that link is not working, can you please  tell me how i will get
datavalueset from api.
