Hi ,please can you help me to go through this issue?You will attached below my log files. 
I remidn i'm using DHIS2 v 2.18, and H2 database.Thank you.

There should always be a similar log message in your tomcat log (catalina.out), could you attach this message? (or even scroll down the page a bit, so we can see more of the error message)
