Hi Liem,

How much RAM does your system have? My laptop has 4GB of RAM and I am able
to run the DHIS2 (with Sierra Leone DB) without any problem with the
following settings:

JAVA_OPTS  -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m

Tomcat : 8.0.15

Java 7

DHIS 2.18

Psql 9.3

What version of the DHIS2 have you deployed?
