Hi Knut,

I just want to create a new "User Role" for my purpose in order to manage
user's access rights by following steps:

  1- Login as "admin" with password "district"
  2- Create a new "Data Set" -> save -> then I got "*Access Denied*"
(please see the screenshot in attachment file below) but when I get back to
"Data Set" I saw the data set was successfully created
  3- Create a new "User Role" -> but I didn't see a new data set that I
just created in *available data set *to select

Is it admin account has restriction on some features?
