Hi Ryan,

There should be no software requirements other than a recent version of
Java. For version 2.20, you will need Java 8 and a recent version of Tomcat
. It may run on Tomcat 6, but not sure. Also, a recent version of
Postgresql (9.3 at least) would be recommended.
