Henry,Start by checking the UIDs of these data elements by using of the Web API as Mortan proposed (... api/dataElements.xml?paging=false&fields=id,name).Be sure that all UIDs in your imported file match with those in DHIS2.Next, re-import by replacing 'ID' as header instead of 'data element' .

Thank you Joseph.I got the message even with dry run at yes or no.The import summary displays import successful but did not imported.Do you suggest to let the column header blank?

This message did you get it when you executed in 'Dry Run= YES 'or even when is' NO'? Because I had hesitations when this message had appeared for the first time but after testing, it did not affect my base but it was a successful import.
