Ok maybe i wasn't clear.

The old menu translated the names using a sort of "hack".
The new one does not.

In tracker-capture, event-capture and browser-cache-cleaner you will
therefore see the correctly translated apps, due to the fact that that is
the old menu.
Everywhere else we use the new menu, which does not do this extra
translation so there you will always see the apps menu items in English.

I'm working on having the new menu do the same thing the old one did, until
we fix it on the server side. I expect to have it in there probably today,
but i'll need to redeploy all the apps, so might take a bit of time.
