Dear Abyot,

I am not so sure what this issue was but I have had to remove all the text
boxes from my custom form and place them again from the program list. Its
seems to be working pretty fine now at least for the few tests I have done.
I replicated this in the demo as well and saw it was working fine.

During the same process of walking through the demo, I got interested in
the features of DHIS2 Version 2.26 and made an upgrade. I like the new
features, its great, many thanks to the developers team.
