the developing version of dhis2 has some problem,  when I add a program with registration, the relative section must do some choose, if not ,can't save, but the online demo can do.

When you use the relationship option, you  need to have two programs one main and the other child. To choose program to relate to at "Program for new relative to be enrolled in *" you need to have another program with registration, seems you dont other programs with registration in your instance.
