This is an enhancement request for the Files & Folders Plugin.

It would be nice to allow limiting the recursive search for an entry in
the F&F plugin to user specified wildcards.  For example, I want to have
it look in my development tree for all *.py files.  Along the same lines
it  would be nice to ignore hidden files.  Having do index everything
works, but populates the database with more useless files than desired
and can make the applicate a bit slower.

The reason behind this request is because I find Gnome-Do extremly
useful working together with my IDEs.  I add my project path to F&F and
I can open any file just by knowing the filename.  The reason for
ignoring hidden files is similar, I don't want to open the files in
.svn.
