Yes, of course. Let's put together a manual by the end of summer, then
start packaging? Perhaps we also need to put out PetSc packages, since
the package maintainer seems to have stopped updating.

I think we can keep the current manual structure. DOLFIN is simpler
now than it was when that manual was written, so now the linear
algebra is diverted to PetSc and the module concept is much
simpler. What we need to add is FFC.
