Bug reports have now been filed for all items, except for the fixes to
PyDOLFIN. We're getting really close to a release. Only the following
items remain (since the remaining items are non-blockers):

 - Fix PyDOLFIN --> Johan J
 - Update quickstart chapter --> Logg

Johan J, when you are done, please file bug reports for everything you
don't want to fix now.
