Yes it is. We use it as our installed version of DOLFIN at CSC/KTH. I
have not become aware of any major bugs during this time however.
That bug is certainly major if you depend on SLEPc. dolfin-stable does
not guarantee that every bug is fixed, but in bug quality, we
guarantee that: dolfin-stable >= dolfin-release. So why not use it.
