Yes... There is a way of building daily builds from bzr called
bzr-builder [1]. One could create a cron job to run it daily on some
machine? Not sure how smart it is, related to not building if no
changes.

Feature Freeze is August 12th [2]. Bug fix point releases can be
accepted up until Final Freeze a month later on September 16th.
