Hey Dan,

I had a quick question related to the bump to the HIG that mentions
tooltips on buttons. Would that include buttons in dialogs that are
self-explanatory? I feel like a proper button will not need a tooltip
unless it's only an icon (like in toolbars).

Let me know your thoughts on this.
