Hey guys,

I've noticed https://launchpad.net/granite and lp:granite are owned by
~elementary-pantheon who deal mostly with shell components and don't really
use Granite. I suggest transferring it to ~elementary-apps's ownership
because app developers use it and contribute to it much more than shell
devs. Shell devs don't seem to be eager to do code reviews for it, while I
hope app devs will care about it more. Opinions?
