Hey Daniel and the others,

I find the bug in Scratch, that you can't select the code table and the OS
file ending formats (like you can do with gedit) important enough to have a
bounty.

I think, that bug  is worthy to have a bounty, because Scratch is kind of
useless for me and for some others right now, because there's no ability to
save the files without losing my language "special" letters that get
replaced by weird symbols.
