Hello,

We (the developers) decided to let the translators decide what to translate
or not in every system app or component, including app names. Some
languages has the necessity to translate app names to a phonetic equivalent
string, like Korean, or to something that the user can understand what the
app does. We want you to decide what is best for the people that uses the
OS in your language by giving you the power to translate every string in
the app. If you want to translate some string and it isn't available to
translation, please, fill a report about it, let us know if we can improve
elementary OS and if you need help.
