[Bug 1299186] [NEW] Creating a Samba Share is not possible because "'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare add: cannot convert name "Everyone" to a SID. Access denied."

I am trying to create a smb Share on Ubuntu 14.04.

I get the following Error Message and am not able to create a share.

'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare add: cannot convert
name "Everyone" to a SID. Access denied.

This is a new Ubuntu install and I have the exact same error on several
machines.
