by way of example, this is something I was messing with recently to
bring an enterprise application to the desktop

if we can do a heap of these kind of polishing and integration tasks
that would be amazing. If various desktop and web based business
applications could be themed so that they look like they belong on the
Ubuntu desktop and integrate with the HUD, notifications, launcher
actions etc. that would be a really compelling story that Ubuntu is the
best desktop to run enterprise applications on. I am thinking of a
collection of modules and themes that you can install on your locally
served web applications. Maybe one for the Joomla admin interface, or
wordpress admin pages, stuff for osticket etc.
