Is this standard path for 32 bit binaries on 64 bit Windows
installations? I will see what I can do.

I still haven't found the solution. I have a hint. But it will take at
least a week before I can try it. Out of town for few days starting
Saturday.

With recent changes I did, the checkbox for GTK runtime (on components
page) will be unchecked if there is already a GTK installation on
system (>= 2.12.0). This will make sure that user does not replace new
version with our embedded old version.
I will publish another version of installer with these changes
tomorrow. make sure you re-download it before continuing testing.
