[Bug 522973] [NEW] When renaming or typying a new task name, wait a few characters before firing an update

Public bug reported:

IIf you start typying a new task name or rename an existing one (in the
Edit task windows) the update frequency is 1-character. That means that
typying "This is a new task" will result in almost 20 updates of the
task name.

The consequences of this are a sluggish feeling while modifying task
names. The proposed solution is to delay firing updates until user stops
typying, this is common behaviour in other applications with similar
situations.

GTG rocks, thanks :).
