[Bug 529528] [NEW] Preferences should be in the view_manager
Public bug reported:
The preferences window should be handled in the view-manager, not in the
taskbrowser (as this window might be called without the browser
running).
To solve this bug:
1) Preferences should be in its own glade file, not in the browser
anymore.
2) the window should be built in the manager and passed to the browser
as an argument (or a show_preferences( ) method)
