[Bug 529255] Re: [gtg-refactor] 'Getting started with GTG' needs expanded (regression)
A collapsed view is displayed also if you don't use the default tasks. This is quite annoying. we can either decide to:
- start always expanded
- store the collapsed/expanded information.
I like the second one.

Bug description:
Testing the gtg-refactor branch. I notice that on start up using ./scripts/debug.sh, the default tasks under 'Getting started with GTG" are collapsed. In the main branch they start expanded, so this is a regression.
(Minor issue, but its better for newbs if it starts expanded since they may not notice the docs there otherwise.)
