[Bug 529255] [NEW] [gtg-refactor] 'Getting started with GTG' needs expanded (regression)

Public bug reported:

Testing the gtg-refactor branch. I notice that on start up using
./scripts/debug.sh, the default tasks under 'Getting started with GTG"
are collapsed. In the main branch they start expanded, so this is a
regression.

(Minor issue, but its better for newbs if it starts expanded since they
may not notice the docs there otherwise.)
