[Bug 606520] [NEW] Duplicate tasks created when syncing with Evolution

Public bug reported:

(gtg version 0.2.4 from unstable ubuntu ppa)

Whenever I sync with Evolution (using the plugin) I get duplicates in
GTG of all of the tasks that were previously in Evolution. Unless I
manually delete them all, this snowballs so that after a few days I have
many copies of the same tasks. This only seems to happen with tasks that
have passed their start date or that have no start date assigned.

** Affects: gtg
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
