Devid,

I believe Ubuntu's Release Team would easily grant a Feature Freeze
Exception to move gufw off the more-or-less unmaintained old
webkitgtk.

I think it's a good release goal for every Ubuntu 16.10 image to ship
webkit2gtk instead of webkitgtk and I believe gufw is the only package
preventing this from happening.
