[Bug 259655] [NEW] please add a link to the .spec file (e.g. for fedora patches)

Public bug reported:

Dear Colleagues,

sometimes it's hard to determine what the purpose of a patch from an
external distro is. e.g. a more usable description of a patch is being
found inside the changelog of the package (e.g. fedora).

For fedora patches it would be nice to see as well a link to the .spec
file of the source rpm package, because for rpm based distros the
changelog is inside the .spec file.

Example:
http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/devel/writer2latex/writer2latex.spec ..you'll get the point...

** Affects: harvest-data
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
