Hi Yuv,
Yes, with their advice and some testing, I verified that the problem is not enough real memory to process a panorama that actually wants to output over 100 megapixels.
I wonder if Hugin might be modified soon to allow use of virtual memory so that smaller capacity systems can also process, albeit slowly (lol), large panoramas.
