Public bug reported:

Installed latest nightly build of Hugin on Ubuntu 11.04 (natty) from
ppa:hugin/nightly, namely 2011.1.0+hg5513-0ubuntu1~natty (as reported by
apt-get) or 2011.3.0.6945271b591a (as reported by the About dialog in
Hugin itself). This nightly build was built only 18 hours ago, according
to https://launchpad.net/~hugin/+archive/nightly

Danish translation is supposed to be in RC4, which should mean also in
the current nightly builds (?). Credits are indeed  there in the About
dialog, but Danish is not selectable in the Preferences -> User
Interface -> Language dropdown.
