Some more details please! Which version, okay 2012.0; but which operating system? Self compiled or downloaded from where? Which version of libraries were used - see about dialog, tab system.
Otherwise it is impossible to help you, because I don't see the issue.

  nona and ptbatch working very slow (hugin 2012.0)

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  PTbatch and nona are very slow.
  When i try stitch project, ptbatch loading all images of every project on his list !!! This operation take a very much time. 
  After start ptbatch I start stitching my project, nona is runing for all of image in project. It's ok. But nona every time loading all images of project (like PTbatch), not just one image, which should be prepare. 

  I was check this on 2 computers.
