Re: Dell XPS 17 L701x
Hey guys...
this is strange... a week ago, I had bumblebee working just fine, as
reported here (
https://github.com/MrMEEE/bumblebee/issues/200#issuecomment-1261249)
But, after answered Songtao's question, I've run glxgears with optirun just
for checking, and got the same error reported by Songtao..
"FATAL: Error inserting nvidia_current
(/lib/modules/2.6.38-8-generic/updates/dkms/nvidia-current.ko): No such
device
[ OK ]
[VGL] ERROR: Could not open display :1.
* Stopping Bumblebee X server bumblebee
ERROR: Module nvidia does not exist in /proc/modules"
Wondering if it is something related to some ubuntu update.. I'll reinstall
bumblebee and report here later...
I've just submitted my system to bumblebee database... Anyone knows how to
remove it?
