Bug description:
Create 2 nodes. In node 1, create a rule with a link to node 2. Delete
node 2. Edit the rule, and click on OK.
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" Argument #1 'false' to 'hash-table-ref' has wrong type (java.lang.Boolean) (java.lang.Boolean cannot be cast to kawa.lib.kawa.hashtable$HashTable)

Turns out the follow link action is still there although it should be deleted.
this bug is related to 946900: (delete dest node of a link, undo delete does not bring the link back ) and is fixed together
